What's the difference between Free and Premium?: Free includes the visual builder and basic form generation. Premium ($39.60 one-time) unlocks schema sync, master-detail forms, file uploads, signatures, AI generation, secure templates, custom themes, and lifetime updates.
Is this a subscription or one-time payment?: Premium is a one-time payment of $39.60 for a lifetime license. No recurring charges. You get all future updates included.
Do I need a Google Workspace account?: No. Form Bridge works with any Google account (personal @gmail.com or Google Workspace). All features work with both account types, though your Workspace admin may need to approve the add-on.
How does licensing work?: Licenses are verified via Dodo Payments. After purchase, you activate the license in the add-on Settings. The license is per-user and works across all your Google Sheets.
Is my data secure?: Yes. All data stays in your Google Sheets/Forms. Form Bridge only reads/writes via Google APIs with your permission. Secure templates use AES-256-CTR encryption with the key embedded in the template itself, so we never see or store it.
Can I use my own Gemini API key?: Yes. Premium users can configure their own Gemini API key in Settings to enable AI form generation. The default model is Gemini Flash, and you can change it in Settings.

AKA Lab ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Form Bridge Google Sheets Editor Add-on (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how we access, process, and protect your data when you install and use our Application.

1. Information We Access & Process

We only request access to the minimum Google Workspace data strictly necessary to execute the core features you request within Form Bridge.

Google Workspace & Account Data

Google Account Profile: Your email address and basic profile information to authenticate your account, verify license tiers, and handle customer support inquiries.
Google Sheets Data: Spreadsheet content, range values, and sheet metadata strictly required to perform the functions initiated by you inside the Application (e.g., formatting data, running transformations, or generating form questions).
Google Forms Data: Access to create, edit, or update Google Forms on your behalf when you explicitly trigger form-building actions from inside your Google Sheet.

2. External Third-Party APIs & Services

To manage software licenses and deliver AI-powered capabilities, Form Bridge communicates with the following external web services:

Dodo Payments

Connects to https://live.dodopayments.com/ and https://test.dodopayments.com/ solely to validate, activate, and check the status of your software license key.

Artificial Intelligence

Google Gemini API

Transmits user-selected text or spreadsheet content to https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/ to perform AI-driven generation, analysis, or form construction based on explicit prompts.

3. Log Data Policy

We do NOT collect, store, or monitor user log data.

We do not track IP addresses, browser usage, clickstreams, user behavior, or raw execution logs on external databases. All script executions run within Google's secure infrastructure or transiently in-memory on client devices.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Form Bridge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

✓ No Human Access:No human at AKA Lab reads your Google Sheets, Google Forms, or Google Account data unless you explicitly give us permission for support/troubleshooting, or it is required for legal compliance.
✓ No Secondary Use or Sale:We do NOT sell, rent, or use your Google Workspace data or personal information for serving advertisements, behavioral profiling, or selling to data brokers or third parties.
✓ AI Model Training Disclaimer:Data transmitted to the Google Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) is strictly processed in real-time to generate your requested output. Your Google Workspace content and personal data are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve machine learning models or artificial intelligence algorithms.

5. Data Storage & Security

In-Flight EncryptionAll data transmitted between Google Workspace, our Application, and external endpoints is encrypted in transit using modern industry standards (TLS 1.2+ / HTTPS).

Transient ProcessingWe do not permanently store your raw Google Sheets or Google Forms content on external servers. Data read from your files is processed in-memory in real-time and discarded immediately.

License RecordsBasic user identification data (email address, license key, and license status) is stored securely in our encrypted payment record system to maintain active lifetime license access.

6. Your Data Control, Rights & Deletion

You remain in complete control of your data at all times:

Revoking Access: You can revoke Form Bridge's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting Google Account Third-Party Access Settings.
Uninstalling: Uninstalling the Add-on from Google Sheets immediately revokes future data access.
Data Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of your account records or license logs by emailing us at akadotvn@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect updates to our Application or legal requirements. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and publishing the updated document on this page.

Welcome to Form Bridge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Form Bridge Google Sheets Editor Add-on (the "Application" or "Service"), operated by AKA Lab ("we," "our," or "us").

By installing, authorizing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

1. Description of Service

Form Bridge is a Google Sheets extension designed to enhance productivity, process spreadsheet data, generate Google Forms, and interact with Artificial Intelligence features. The Service is provided as a Google Workspace Editor Add-on operating within Google Workspace infrastructure.

2. Licensing and Payment Terms

A. Free and Paid Tiers

Free Tier: The Application includes core functionality at no charge.
Paid Tier (Paid Licenses): Premium features and extended functionality require the purchase of a valid software license.

B. Billing & Payment Processing

All paid software licenses are processed and managed through our third-party payment partner, Dodo Payments (https://dodopayments.com).

By purchasing a license, you agree to Dodo Payments' merchant terms, pricing schedules, and billing policies. The Application connects to https://live.dodopayments.com/ solely to validate, activate, and check your active license status.

C. Refunds & Cancellations

License billing, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by our refund policy displayed during checkout via Dodo Payments. We reserve the right to revoke license access if payments are disputed, charged back, or fraudulently initiated.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Form Bridge strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service.

You expressly agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Use the Application to generate spam, misleading Google Forms, or malicious spreadsheet content.
Circumvent license validation checks, manipulate API payloads, or share paid license keys with unauthorized users.
Use the Application or its AI features to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or dangerous material.

4. AI-Powered Features & Third-Party Services

A. Google Gemini IntegrationThe Application utilizes the Google Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) to process user prompts, generate spreadsheet transformations, and build Google Forms. Generative AI outputs are probabilistic; you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated forms or spreadsheet data.

B. Third-Party DependenciesThe Application relies on Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Apps Script), Google Gemini, and Dodo Payments. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party API downtime, rate limits, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property: AKA Lab retains all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Application, including its underlying code, branding, logos, and design.
Your Property: You retain full ownership of all data, content, and text inside your Google Sheets and Google Forms. We claim no ownership rights over your Google Workspace files or inputs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AKA Lab, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFIT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AKA LAB FOR THE APPLICATION.

8. Termination

By You: You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets and revoking authorization in your Google Account settings.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application or revoke active licenses without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AKA Lab, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
